Snijd de boter in stukjes en voeg deze toe. Kneed het geheel met de hand tot een samenhangend deeg. Zet het deeg tenminste 2 uur in de koelkast.<br>Bestuif een speculaasplank met bloem of ma\u00efzena, druk het deeg in de openingen en maak de bovenkant glad met de achterkant van een mes.<br>Verwarm de oven tot 160\u00b0C (heteluchtoven). <br>De koekjes uit de plank slaan, op de bakplaat leggen en midden in de oven bakken.
